  • Safe & Sound: For Parents that need support in parenting or providing care to kids, 24/7.
  • Warm Line: Call or Text 855-600-WARM (9276) to speak with a counselor who has lived experience, 24/7.

Low cost therapy

  • Pierce Street Counseling Center: They offer compassionate, affordable (sliding scale) psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families and children.
  • SF Therapy Collective: Quality therapeutic services to the queer community in the Bay Area starting at $100 a session.
